NSD1004 Cannot login after installing Identity Manager Web Edition

NordicEdge Identity Manger 3.5 Web Edition
Situation
After installing Nordic Edge Identity Manager 3.5 Web Edtion the user cannot login to the webinterface.
Solution
Trobuleshooting
In this example we are using Novell eDirectory. The guide will work with any LDAP-dirctory just note that the objectclasses and attributes will be different.
Please note that you can find all settings beneath in dseditor.properties. You can change theese settings instead of doing a reinstall.
Step 1
Make sure you have started Tomcat, either as program ("C:Program Filestomcat5-im3binstartup.bat") or as service.
Step 2
When you install the Web edition please make sure you type in right admin account and password and that you type in full LDAP context.
In dseditor.properties it will show up as:
LDAP_ADMIN_DN=cn=admin,ou=users,o=NordicEdge
LDAP_ADMIN_PW={ENC} (encrypted… )
Step 3
Make sure you type in right BaseDn for users with full LDAP context and that the Login Attribute
and objectclass is correct.
