Situation

Configure the One Time Password Server for prefetch passwords and prefetch administrator

Solution

To become an OTP prefetch administrator

In the OTP Server configurator:

• Choose Radius & Clients 

• Select a client and click 'Edit Client'

• Create a new User Database by clicking 'New'

• Give the new database a 'Database Display Name'

In the 'Search Settings' section, browse to a 'Search Base DN'  where the user objects can be found. 
In the 'Search Filter End', specify a group where your Prefetch Administrator(s) are member.

Example of Search Filter End: )(objectclass=user)(memberOf=CN=OtpPrefetchAdministrators,OUGroups,DC=Domain,DC.Local))
Click OK and save your configuration.

Enable Prefetch passwords in One Time Password Server

In the OTP Server configurator:

• Choose Radius & Clients

• Select a client and click 'Edit Client'

• Select a User Database and click the 'Edit' button

Check the Enable OTP Prefetch checkbox and press 'Configure Prefetch OTP'.

Configure the settings and select database for OTP prefetch administrators under 'Administrator Database'.

Save the configuration.
